विधी-आधारित अनुच्छेद का अनुवाद अंग्रेजी में करें –
संस्वीकृति किसी भी रूप में हो सकता है। यह स्वयं न्यायालय
में भी की जा सकती है। तब इसे न्यायिक संस्वीकृति के रूप में जाना जाता है अथवा
न्यायालय के बाहर किसी भी व्यक्ति के द्वारा जिस दशा में हो उसे न्यायेत्तर संस्वीकृति कहा जाता है। यह स्वयं से वार्तालाप से भी गठित हो
सकती है, जिसे यदि दूसरा प्रछन्न रूप से सुन
ले तो साक्ष्य में प्रस्तुत किया जा सकता है। यह सदैव न्यायालयों का मूल सिद्धांत
रहा है कि एक कैदी के न्यायालय के बाहर संस्वीकृति तभी ग्राह्य होगी जब वह स्वैच्छिक
हो। एक न्यायेत्तर संस्वीकृति अपनी प्रकृति से ही कमजोर साक्ष्य होती है। उसे
अस्वीकृत करने में कोई कठिनाई नहीं होनी चाहिए, यदि उसमें कोई संभाव्यता नहीं है।
न्यायेत्तर संस्वीकृति के साक्ष्य को अत्यधिक सावधानी के साथ अभिक्रियांवित किया
जाना चाहिए क्योंकि असली या मिथ्या संस्वीकृति के मध्य विवेध करने हेतु कोई भी
संतोषजनक मनोवैज्ञानिक तकनीक नहीं है।

Solution: -
Confession can be in any form. It can even be made in the court itself. Then, it is known as judicial confession, alternatively, it can be made by any person outside the court irrespective of the situation, then it is called extrajudicial confession. It can also be made through conversation with oneself, which if overheard by some other person can be introduced as evidence. It has always been a basic principle of courts that a prisoner’s confession outside the court shall be admissible only if it is voluntary. An extra-judicial confession is by its own nature a weak piece of evidence. There should be no difficulty in rejecting it if it lacks credibility. The evidence of an extra-judicial confession should be processed with utmost caution as there is no satisfactory psychological technique to differentiate between a genuine and a false confession.
