KVS Junior Translator Exam Notification, Eligibility, Syllabus

Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (केन्द्रीय विद्यालय संगठन) releases vacancies for Teaching and Non-teaching Posts. The Junior Translator Post comes under the non-teaching category. The tentative number of vacancies is 27. The Junior Translator Post is equivalent to Group 'B' The level in the pay Matrix is 6 (Rs 35,400 to Rs. 1,12,400). The age limit for KVS Translator exam is 30 years; however, age relaxation is enjoyed by some certain categories as per the government rule. The educational qualification is the same as that of SSC CHT/JHT. If anybody has acquired Master's degree with Hindi and English knowledge is eligible for this exam. It is to be noted that Diploma in Translation or Certificate in Translation or two years' experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa in Central or State Government office, including government of India undertaking is necessary. The period of probation is 2 years. It is 100% direct recruitment.
