In the present case, the petitioner contends that the impugned order dated 15th March 2023, passed by the District Magistrate, is arbitrary, illegal, and violative of the principles of natural justice. It is submitted that no proper opportunity of hearing was afforded to the petitioner before passing the said order, which resulted in serious civil consequences affecting his livelihood. The petitioner further submits that the authority failed to consider the material evidence placed on record and proceeded on mere conjectures and surmises.

The respondent, on the other hand, has vehemently opposed the petition, contending that the order in question was passed after due consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, and that the petitioner was duly served with a notice but failed to appear despite repeated opportunities. It is further stated that the petitioner has not come to the Court with clean hands and has suppressed material facts.

Having heard both parties and perused the record, this Court is of the opinion that the impugned order cannot be sustained in law. The authority concerned appears to have acted in haste and without recording proper reasons. The principle of audi alteram partemтАФthat no person shall be condemned unheardтАФstands violated in the instant matter. Therefore, in the interest of justice, equity, and fair play, the impugned order is set aside. The matter is remanded back to the District Magistrate for reconsideration in accordance with law after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

Why Anandam Tutorials is the best platform for the High Court Judicial Translator Exam Preparation?

Feature

Why it helps translator / legal exam prep

Supporting evidence / notes

Specialization in Translation / Judicial Translator Exams

Because we focus especially on translator / official language / judicial translator related courses, so the materials, mocks, passages etc. are likely tailored to this domain (legal / official documents) rather than generic language coaching.

Our platform is тАЬexclusively and comprehensively designed for all Translator Exams conducted in IndiaтАЭ (JHT, JTO, Judicial Translator etc.). (anandamtutorials.com)

Legal translation content, passages, e-books

Since the Chhattisgarh High Court Translator exam heavily tests translation (legal passages, terminologies, maxims etc.), having dedicated legal-translation passages and term lists is essential.

We offer a тАЬPHC/MP/Bombay/Chhattisgarh Legal Translation E-BooksтАЭ with more than 80 legal passages with solutions, legal terms etc. (anandamtutorials.com) They also have a special page for тАЬChhattisgarh High Court Translator Exam legal passage translationтАЭ on their site. (anandamtutorials.com)

Mock tests, practice / previous year question exposure

Regular exposure to translation tasks, timed mocks, feedback is critical to improve speed and accuracy.

Our site mentions тАЬFree MocksтАЭ under тАЬMaterials / CoursesтАЭ for Translator / JHT / Judicial Translator exams. (anandamtutorials.com)

Video lectures / online classes

Many aspirants benefit from seeing step-by-step translation techniques, lectures discussing tricky legal sentences, and corrections of sample translations.

We have a YouTube channel where they post тАЬHigh Court Translator Exam Preparation Legal PassageтАЭ etc. (YouTube)

Domain knowledge: legal maxims, terms, precedent translation problems

For translator / judicial exams, knowing legal phrasing, Latin maxims, common judicial vocabulary is essential. A platform that includes these gives an edge.

Our legal translation e-book includes тАЬLegal TermsтАЭ and тАЬLegal MaximsтАЭ along with translation passages. (anandamtutorials.com)

Focused format / alignment with exam pattern

Because translator exams have a specific style (passages ~300 words, legal flavor, bidirectional translation), a coaching platform aligned to that is more useful than general language coaching.

Our site, the тАЬChhattisgarh High Court Translator Exam legal passage translationтАЭ page mentions the exam pattern (Phase I includes translation of legal words, etc.) which suggests they tailor for that pattern. (anandamtutorials.com)

Accessibility / online / e-resources

You can access material from remote places, which is necessary if you are not located in a major exam coaching centre.

We provide e-books, online courses, and app support. (anandamtutorials.com)

Proven results / user testimonials

Knowing that past students have succeeded gives confidence in the coaching quality and that strategies work (if properly followed).

On our site we mention тАЬFinal Results SpeakтАЭ with names of students and their ranks / selections in translator / judicial translator exams. (anandamtutorials.com)

From all this, it can be argued that Anandam Tutorials is strong because it is targeted (not general), has domain-specific content (legal translation), includes mock / practice material, and is accessible.
