NFL MT Recruitment 2026: Notification Details

National Fertilizers Limited (NFL) ने Management Trainee (MT) पदों के लिए भर्ती की घोषणा की है। इस भर्ती में कुल 61 पदों पर आवेदन मांगे गए हैं। उम्मीदवारों को परीक्षा पैटर्न, सिलेबस और चयन प्रक्रिया को अच्छे से समझकर तैयारी करनी चाहिए ताकि वे परीक्षा में सफल हो सकें।

पात्रता (Eligibility)

पात्रता से जुड़ी विस्तृत जानकारी नोटिफिकेशन में दी गई है। उम्मीदवारों को संबंधित डोमेन में आवश्यक शैक्षणिक योग्यता पूरी करनी होगी।

NFL MT Exam Pattern 2026

परीक्षा ऑफलाइन मोड में होगी और OMR आधारित प्रश्न पूछे जाएंगे। कुल 150 अंक के प्रश्न होंगे। परीक्षा की अवधि 120 मिनट है। परीक्षा में कोई नकारात्मक अंकन (Negative Marking) नहीं होगा।

Selection Process

चयन प्रक्रिया में दो चरण होते हैं - लिखित परीक्षा और व्यक्तिगत साक्षात्कार। लिखित परीक्षा में तकनीकी ज्ञान और एप्रोप्रियेट एप्टीट्यूड टेस्ट शामिल होते हैं। इंटरव्यू में तकनीकी समझ, कम्युनिकेशन स्किल्स और भूमिका के लिए उपयुक्तता जाँची जाती है। दोनों चरणों में अच्छा प्रदर्शन करना जरूरी है।

महत्वपूर्ण तिथियां (Important Dates)

2026 में जारी नोटिफिकेशन के अनुसार, आवेदन और परीक्षा से जुड़ी सारी तिथियां आधिकारिक रूप से घोषित की जाएंगी। उम्मीदवारों को नोटिफिकेशन जारी होने के बाद अपडेटेड जानकारी पर ध्यान देना चाहिए।
