IBPS SO IT Officer 2026 भर्ती जानकारी

IBPS SO IT Officer की भर्ती प्रक्रिया में तकनीकी और व्यावेशनिक कौशल पर खास जोर दिया जाता है। यह चयन तीन चरणों में होता है: प्रीलिम्स, मेन्स और इंटरव्यू। प्रीलिम्स केवल क्वालिफाइंग राउंड होता है, जिसका अंकों का प्रभाव मेरिट सूची पर नहीं पड़ता। अंतिम चयन मेन्स और इंटरव्यू के संयुक्त प्रदर्शन के आधार पर किया जाता है, जिसमें मेन्स का वेटेज 80% और इंटरव्यू का 20% होता है। दोनों परीक्षाओं में प्रत्येक गलत उत्तर पर 0.25 अंक की नेगेटिव मार्किंग लागू होती है।
